Tech Lead at Capco

Capco, a Wipro company, is seeking a Tech Lead to drive digital transformation in the financial services industry. The Tech Lead will be responsible for leading technical design, architecture, and solution engineering, working closely with Enterprise and Solutions Architects. This person will deep dive into the current IT/Technical Landscape and develop architecture roadmap.

The Tech Lead will lead development/scrum teams in delivering the solution roadmap with best practices, participate in technical sessions with stakeholders, and work to mitigate risks and set expectations. They will also need to develop durable relationships with clients.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading technical design, architecture, and solution engineering.
• Developing architecture roadmaps.
• Leading development/scrum teams.
• Participating in technical sessions.
• Working with stakeholders to mitigate risks.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 7+ years in software development in large scale ecosystem.
• Experience in Java Spring Boot/.NET with modern Engineering practices.
• Experience in Kafka/Cassandra.
• Experience in developing and leading Open API architecting, transformation with microservices, event-driven architect, domain-driven design, Data engineering.
• Experience in full cycle of DevSecOps
• Good understanding on Mobile and Web app architecture, Data Analytics architecture
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to speak fluent Thai and English
