Tech Lead Java Kafka H/F at Capco

Capco is seeking a Tech Lead Java to join its technology and engineering team in Paris. The role involves working on a new online bank for a major French banking industry player, built from scratch on Google Cloud Platform using the latest technologies. The Tech Lead will plan technical deliverables, collaborate with application teams, manage technical risks, and ensure test completion. They will also partner with product management, product design, and architects to finalize requirements.

The Tech Lead will manage the technical implementation plan with application teams, coordinating activities for a seamless production release. Role involves:

Requirements:

• Engineering degree in computer science or related field.
• Experience in technology, including development and system integration.
• Agile delivery experience with leadership in managing agile IT delivery teams.
• Good understanding of the software development cycle.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Experience with Java OpenJDK 17, Kafka, Spring Boot, MongoDB, and React.JS.
