Senior Automation Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Description

Interactive Brokers is seeking a Senior Automation Quality Assurance Engineer. This role is based in Mumbai, India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test cases for client-facing applications.

Responsibilities Include:

• Performing Test Analysis, Design, and Implementation of test cases
• Maintaining, updating & extending existing automation framework
• Analyzing, investigating and reporting defects
• Monitoring of test automation results
• Handling concurrent projects/tasks with differing levels of urgency

Requirements:

• Proficient knowledge and hands-on experience with Python
• Strong understanding of OOP fundamentals and design pattern applications
• Experience with implementing UI & API tests
• Experience with test automation of Desktop & Web applications
• Experience with at least one automation tool like TestComplete, Ranorex, Katalon etc.
• Experience with test automation libraries like Selenium, Robot, Cypress
• Working knowledge of Git (GitLab, Bitbucket etc.)
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, physical science or engineering
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• More than seven years of experience with manual & automated testing
