HR Business Partner at Capco

Capco is seeking a HR Business Partner in Hong Kong, who will manage people-related issues and provide guidance to the business. The ideal candidate will be a true partner and consultant to business leaders and employees, possessing extensive HR business partnering and operational experience.

The role involves:

• Serving as a trusted advisor to the business and providing HR guidance.
• Driving the implementation of regional and global people priorities.
• Acting as a point of contact and program manager for people tools, processes, initiatives, and projects.
• Coaching, training and guiding managers during the People performance and compensation processes.
• Leading HR projects like compensation and benefit reviews.
• Overseeing payroll, benefits, and employee onboarding experience.
• Designing company policies and procedures.
• Analyzing data trends and identifying emerging needs.
• Collaborating with the APAC HR Operations team to ensure efficient execution of HR processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years as a HR Business Partner.
• Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking and analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the firm.
• A data-driven approach with proven experience applying metrics to implement change in the business.
• An ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and able to manage multiple simultaneous priorities.
• Experience in designing compensation and benefits programs.
• Leadership abilities.
• A highly responsive and service-oriented approach with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• An ability to connect well with employees, with a high degree of empathy while being able to maintain a strong business orientation.
• Good knowledge of local employment laws to ensure compliance in Hong Kong.
• English required, Cantonese and Mandarin are advantageous.
