Senior Software Engineer

Job Description

BigID is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their team and drive the evolution of their next-generation Consent Management Platform. This role is based in Argentina and will be performed remotely.The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, building, and delivering maintainable and scalable technical solutions for BigID's Consent Management Platform. They will ensure production-grade high-quality code and make informed technological and architectural decisions while introducing new technologies and practices. The engineer will also review the design and code for other team members.Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deliver maintainable and scalable technical solutions for our Consent Management Platform to securely collect, store, and distribute user consent responses.
• Ensure production-grade high-quality code.
• Make informed technological and architectural decisions while introducing new technologies and practices.
• Review the design and code for other team members.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 4 years developing web or mobile apps or services.
• At least 2 years of experience coding in strongly-typed languages like C, C++, Java, Go, Rust, C#.
• A degree in a computing-related field or currently pursuing a relevant university degree.
• Proven hands-on coding skills in both backend and frontend development.
• Ability to design and implement technical solutions in distributed systems.
