The R&D Team Leader will guide a team of 5-6 engineers focused on scans and data discovery, ensuring technical excellence and impactful project delivery.
Role Involves:
- Designing, building, and delivering data-driven products
- Writing high-quality code with unit and integration tests
- Making technological and architectural decisions
- Reviewing designs and code
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years as a team leader and 5 years in software development
- Proficiency in NodeJS, TypeScript, and Java
- Experience with React, Jenkins, Kubernetes, and Helm on AWS
- Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills
