BigID is seeking an Account Executive to join its LATAM team, focusing on southern LATAM (Chile, Argentina, and Peru). The Account Executive will be responsible for prospecting and driving deals in the defined region. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and experience in prospecting and full sales cycle management.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and execute an account strategy to close new business and drive growth.
- Establish positive business relationships with key stakeholders and senior-level executives.
- Develop a partner ecosystem by building a plan for ACV growth tied to the region’s strategies and initiatives in close alignment with internal stakeholders and partners.
- Prepare and maintain an accurate sales forecast in BigID’s CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, and information is accurate.
- Conduct regular cadence between the Partner & BigID stakeholders and adjust strategies.
- Identify partner enablement needs and align with internal resources to fill the gaps.
- Develop and execute a prospecting strategy to target commercial prospects in your assigned region.
- Own each step of the sales cycle from lead qualification to closing.
- Meet or exceed quarterly quota expectations and key business metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree highly preferred
- 6+ years of sales experience and prior experience working with top global vendors
- Prior sales experience in the technology (SaaS) industry is preferred, Data, Security, Cybersecurity, SecOps, Risk
- Proven track record of at least 3 continuous years of achieving or exceeding quota
- Strong executive selling and business development skills; proven ability to understand different partner GTM models
- Have a grounding in emerging data protection regulations like GDPR, LGPD
- Ability to articulate and present well to C-level executives and technical stakeholders
- Self-starter and self-motivated - a tenacious individual who isn’t afraid of taking initiative
- Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas
