BigID is seeking a Regional Sales Manager in Germany to drive deals within the market. The ideal candidate will possess experience in selling enterprise data or security products and demonstrate an understanding of how to sell to complex technical audiences.BigID is an innovative tech startup focused on data security, compliance, privacy, and AI data management. Responsibilities: - Identify, develop, and execute a comprehensive account strategy.
- Prepare and maintain an accurate sales forecast.
- Network with customers and related organizations.
- Establish positive business relationships with key executives.
- Maintain accurate account intelligence in Salesforce.
- Report on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management.
- Manage territory quota and named accounts.
- Direct an inside sales team and marketing to uncover opportunities.
Requirements: - Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- 5-10+ years of direct sales experience selling enterprise software.
- Proven track record of closing six and seven figure software licensing deals.
- Measurable track record in new business development and overachieving sales targets.
- Prior experience selling data security.
- Experience in selling complex enterprise software solutions.
