BigID is seeking a Senior Solutions/Presales Engineer to join their expanding team in Singapore. The candidate will act as a technical expert during sales, helping customers understand and implement BigID’s platform. They will use market knowledge to advise on best practices and create solutions. Close collaboration with sales and post-sales teams will be essential for customer success and feedback integration.Role Involves:
  • Serving as a technical expert for BigID’s platform during customer interactions.
  • Providing guidance on best practices and solution architecture.
  • Staying informed about competitive solutions and market trends.
  • Driving customer success through practical knowledge and recommendations.
  • Working with post-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Capturing and communicating customer feedback to the Product Management team.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities and a methodical approach.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Passion for demonstrating solutions and technical input during sales.
  • Understanding of enterprise data architecture, privacy, and security.
  • Ability to independently plan and execute Proof of Concepts.
  • Desire to share knowledge through documentation.
  • Experience with RDBMS, NoSQL, Hadoop, and cloud technologies.
  • Experience with Linux or container frameworks.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a pre-sales engineering or consulting role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
