Glean is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to focus on the Japanese market. This role involves sourcing and closing new clients,researching client business objectives, collaborating with internal teams, and consistently meeting revenue targets. The ideal candidate will develop and execute sales strategies, provide feedback to corporate functions, and create ROI reports.
  • Sourcing and closing net new logos within a given territory
  • Navigating complex organizational structures to identify sponsors
  • Understanding business objectives and driving value-based sales cycles
  • Collaborating with internal partners for customer success
  • Delivering ARR revenue targets through a metric-based approach
  • Developing sales strategies and tactics to generate pipeline
  • Creating ROI and business justification reports
  • Running POCs based on business success criteria
Requirements:
  • Must reside in Tokyo, Japan
  • 5+ years of closing experience in Sales
  • Ability to learn and demonstrate a technical product
  • Experience closing complex deals and selling to complex organizations
  • Experience uncovering greenfield opportunities
  • Experience building relationships and selling to C-level executives
  • Knowledge of best-of-breed software and technical understanding of integrations, APIs, etc.
  • Experience selling technical SaaS and cloud-based solutions
