Glean is seeking a Partner Manager in Japan to drive partnerships within the generative AI landscape. This role involves building relationships with Cloud, VAR, Reseller, SI, and GSI partners to promote enterprise search and knowledge management solutions.
The Partner Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams in Sales, Marketing, and R&D to execute strategic initiatives and achieve sales and partnership goals. They will develop and manage alliances, create go-to-market plans, and ensure customer success.
Responsibilities: - Develop and manage alliances with VAR, Reseller, SI, and GSI partners.
- Create and drive a co-sell motion.
- Support partner marketing and pipeline generation via events and GTM campaigns.
- Manage deal pipeline.
- Collaborate with partners to develop and execute joint go-to-market plans.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams.
- Ensure that partner-driven projects are delivered successfully.
- Track and report on key performance metrics.
- Stay current on market trends and emerging technologies.
- Work with our Partner Ops + Enablement team to ensure that our partners have the necessary training, resources, and support.
Requirements: - 10+ years of industry experience within partnership/alliances, primarily in a sales capacity.
- 5+ years of direct sales/channel sales/management experience within the data, cloud or SaaS space.
- Native or highly fluent Japanese speaker.
- Experience building new processes and improving existing ones.
- Knowledge of enterprise SaaS sales motion.
- Comfortable working in remote/distributed environments.
