Job Description
Peak Achievement Athletics is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to support the Marketing, Brand, and R&D organizations for Bauer Hockey & Maverik Cascade Lacrosse businesses. The Sr. Financial Analyst will manage sales & margin planning, cost center support, score carding, and other ad hoc ROI project support. This role involves quarterly forecasting, annual budget, four-year planning, and monthly close processes related to respective functions. The role is highly cross-functional, aiding the organization in leading and executing all operational planning-related decisions.
Role Involves:
- Developing and delivering accurate quarterly forecasts.
- Driving financial discipline and accountability.
- Partnering with the Marketing group on strategic analysis, ROI, and cost management.
- Supporting the Pro Team topline forecast and budget process.
- Driving pricing analysis in coordination with Brand leaders.
- Managing month end close for area of responsibility.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance or accounting
- 4+ years of broad and diverse financial/accounting experience specifically associated with Financial Planning & Analysis.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office product suite with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong acumen in ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Strong financial modeling skills and knowledge of business and accounting processes.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to effectively interact directly with senior management.
