Interactive Brokers is seeking a Senior Frontend Developer to join their team in Greenwich, CT. The candidate will be responsible for developing performant and scalable SPAs for brokerage platforms. This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

- Design and build scalable web applications within the VueJs ecosystem.
- Build high-traffic applications with a focus on speed and user experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues and peers to ideate, plan, and organize large-scale projects.
- Contribute and help maintain company-wide Vue UI Component Library.
- Aid in Vue3 transition
- Set direction and partner with other frontend engineers to implement new technologies
- Work with a team of intelligent, intense and fast-moving co-workers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related area
- 3+ years of commercial software development experience with an emphasis on single-page web app development
- Hands-on experience with at least one JavaScript framework - React.js/Vue.js/Angular.js (we are Vue.js fans, so Vue.js is a plus!)
- Highly proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS/LESS
- Maintain high code quality standards, functional specification documentation, and deliverables.
- Experience integrating 1st and 3rd party APIs
- Experience working with webpack and Vite
- A proactive and enthusiastic attitude and technical orientation are required.
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to handle tasks with minimal supervision.
- Superb analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent collaboration and communication (Verbal and written) skills
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
