Viral Nation is seeking a dedicated Talent Agent to represent and manage the careers of social media influencers. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of social media marketing, brand partnerships, and talent management. The Talent Agent will thrive in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple tasks effectively.

What This Role Involves:
• Discovering and signing large influencers.
• Representing the business and brands of social media personalities.
• Seeking out brand partnerships.
• Staying on top of trends in influencer marketing.
• Pursuing new opportunities in TV, film, and collaborations.
• Presenting and assisting with execution of growth strategies.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in talent management/representation of social media influencers/celebrities.
• University degree or equivalent experience.
• Existing deep network of social media influencers and talent.
• 2+ years of experience professionally managing brand partnerships.
