M&A Analyst

Job Description

Trusted Home Service Partners, backed by Tyree & D’Angelo Partners, is seeking an M&A Analyst to evaluate partnership opportunities and assist with deal execution. The role involves working within a collaborative team in a high-growth environment.This role involves:

• Evaluating and analyzing potential acquisition opportunities
• Preparing investment review packages
• Performing due diligence and valuation analysis
• Drafting letters of intent and purchase agreements
• Being a team player in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of analyst-level experience in accounting, FP&A, investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or direct lending OR 1-3 years of experience with consulting firm
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Bachelor’s degree. Advanced degree is a plus
