Truecaller is seeking a Country Manager in Santiago, Chile, for their expansion in the Chilean market. The Country Manager will oversee all aspects of the business, including launching, developing, and managing the distribution of Truecaller’s services. They will collaborate with local businesses, conduct market research, strategize service rollout, and adapt the business model to be culturally relevant.
The Country Manager will report progress, network with local clients, ensure deadlines and budgets are maintained, mentor direct reports, and contribute to Truecaller's global success.
What this role involves:
- Managing all aspects of newly expanding operations in-country
- Negotiating with vendors and service providers
- Collaborating with local businesses
- Conducting extensive market research
- Strategizing service rollout with leadership

- Synthesizing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports

The requirements are:
- 10+ years of management experience in an international business setting
- Master's degree, MBA, or relevant field
- Background in enterprise sales and enterprise sales management
- Experience navigating complex partner ecosystems
- Familiarity with financial metrics and management
- Project and program management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience living overseas for an extended period
