Zscaler, a leading cloud security company, is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to join their Customer Success Engineering team. This role is crucial for driving customer adoption, value realization, and positive outcomes. The Customer Success Engineer will collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams, engaging with customers through workshops and providing technical recommendations.

The Customer Success Engineer will also deliver internal technical sessions and work cross-functionally with various teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with Customer Success and Sales teams to drive adoption and value.
  • Engaging with customers through workshops and providing technical recommendations.
  • Presenting at Customer User Groups on best practices.
  • Delivering internal technical sessions to Customer Success Managers.
  • Working cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Support teams.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in customer-facing positions (e.g., Sales Engineer).
  • Ability to simplify content for various audiences.
  • Understanding of technology and its business implications.
  • Ability to translate technical gaps into clear actions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Japanese.
