Material Handler

Job Description

Cresco Labs is seeking a Material Handler to join their Supply Chain team in Marshall, MI. The Material Handler will be responsible for supplying departments with necessary materials, accurately recording weights and counts of cannabis products, and maintaining inventory. They will also assist in receiving goods, stocking shelves, and operating lift trucks.

Role Involves:

• Providing departments with required materials.
• Recording weights and counts of cannabis products.
• Following FIFO inventory flow.
• Reporting discrepancies in cannabis shipments.
• Tracking and reporting inventory levels.
• Assisting with receiving and stocking goods.
• Operating lift trucks.
• Receiving and handing off shipments.
• Communicating shipment issues.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced factory, production, or manufacturing environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of organizational skill.
• Deadline driven and detail oriented.
• Commitment to work collaboratively.
• Ability to operate power industrial lift trucks (certification required).
• Ability to work in cold and hot environments.
• Ability to work around equipment with moving parts and excessive noise.
• Ability to work around plant material.
• Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
