Zscaler is seeking a Regional Director to join their Sales and Go-to-Market team. The Regional Director will report to the Regional Vice President, you will responsible for recruiting, hiring, and developing world-class sales talent. He will build development plans for each sales rep and coaching and motivating sales team to overachieve on targets. He will understand and solve customer pain points through Zscaler's unique value proposition. He will act as executive sponsor for key partners to create joint plans, generate pipeline and drive opportunities to closure. He will foster a culture which embraces DE&I.
  • Recruiting, hiring and developing world-class sales talent
  • Building development plans for each sales rep
  • Coaching and motivating sales team to overachieve on targets
  • Understanding and solving customer pain points through Zscaler's unique value proposition
  • Being the GM of your business and creating a plan for success, and accurately forecasting business monthly/quarterly/yearly
  • Acting as executive sponsor for key partners to create joint plans, generate pipeline and drive opportunities to closure
  • Fostering a culture which embraces DE&I
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of full-cycle sales experience within software or security industry
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Progressive selling experience engaging with accounts and selling at C-Level
  • An established network of relationships with current and prospective customers
  • Understanding of the bigger picture and customer goals, and how technology can facilitate them
  • Proficiency in strategic sales planning with experience closing net new logos
