The Regional Sales Director will report to the Regional Vice President, Sales. Responsibilities include:
- Leading and executing a regional sales strategy.
- Establishing a structured sales methodology and process.
- Recruiting, hiring, and managing a team of Account Executives.
- Ensuring quarterly sales quota achievement.
- Engaging and developing trusted relationships with customer C-suite executives.
Candidates should have:
- A Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in a related field.
- 7+ years of Enterprise Sales Leadership experience in software/SaaS.
- Experience leading sales teams in structuring and closing large, complex deals in Thailand, Philippines, and Indonesia.
- Strong sales process and methodology skills.
