Zscaler is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join their Japan Sales Engineering team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in pre-sales roles, particularly in selling security and networking solutions. They will provide technical expertise to enterprise customers, take ownership of the technical sales process, and deliver compelling presentations.

Role involves:
  • Providing technical expertise and advice to enterprise customers
  • Taking total ownership of the technical sale and processes
  • Delivering sales pitches, technical presentations and whiteboard sessions independently

Requirements:
  • BSCS or equivalent
  • 7+ years experience as a Sales Engineer or systems integrator
  • 3+ years experience selling security/networking solutions
  • Knowledge of HTTP and web-related technologies
  • Experience with routing and switching products desirable
  • Understanding of SaaS, network security technologies
  • Hands-on experience with macOS, UNIX/Linux, and Windows systems
