Senior Director - HR Business Partner (Sales & GTM) at Zscaler

Zscaler is seeking a Senior Director, People Business Partner to join their team in Singapore. This role reports to the SVP Global Business Partners & Talent Development. The Senior Director will partner with APJ senior Sales and Business leaders to execute long-term talent initiatives, improve effectiveness, and achieve business objectives.

The role involves collaborating across P&C teams and senior business leaders to build scalable programs, translate the global people plan to the regional team, and coach leadership on engagement and productivity trends. The Senior Director will also lead and grow a team of Business Partners aligned to the APJ region and provide direct Business Partner support for the APJ Sales Executive.

• 15+ years of experience as a strategic people partner
• Experience leading and growing P&C Business Partner Teams
