Digibee is seeking a Customer Success Operations (CSOps) Analyst to join their team in São Paulo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing customer success processes, ensuring clients get the most value from Digibee's iPaaS solutions. This role involves collaborating with Customer Success Management, Support, and Solutions Architect teams to ensure continuous value delivery.

Responsibilities include:
  • Collaborating with teams to ensure customer value delivery.
  • Developing and implementing daily processes and system workflows.
  • Creating and managing playbooks, tracking deadlines and responsibilities.
  • Defining, collecting, analyzing, and communicating key KPIs.
  • Contributing to customer retention and expansion strategies.
  • Analyzing customer engagement and usage data.
  • Monitoring and maintaining the Customer Health Score.
  • Tracking CSM activities and customer renewals.
  • Creating and maintaining dashboards and reports.
  • Managing the configuration and maintenance of the Customer Success Management System.
  • Training the CS team with best practices and CSOps tools.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in Customer Success Operations or similar roles.
  • Strong data analysis skills and experience with BI tools.
  • Experience with Customer Success Management platforms (preferably Planhat).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Proactive, results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or related fields.
