Backend Software Engineer at Digibee Inc.

Digibee is seeking a Backend Software Specialist to enhance their Integration Platform. The ideal candidate will be rigorous in their approach, developing clean, secure, and scalable code.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in architectural discussions, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Develop code to maintain the Digibee Integration Platform, optimizing processes across business areas.
• Support junior developers, fostering continuous learning.
• Contribute to product evolution by proposing improvements and innovations.
• Conduct peer code reviews to ensure code quality.

Requirements:

• 7 years of experience in software development using Java.
• Experience using Spring or Quarkus.
• Experience developing solutions based on Open Container, Kubernetes, and Cloud Computing.
• Experience implementing observability mechanisms (metrics, tracing, logging).
• Experience developing distributed solutions using microservices, messaging, and streaming.
• Unit Testing (Cucumber: BDD Testing).
• Experience in agile models (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience developing solutions using NoSQL (MongoDB, ElasticSearch) and Relational Databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
• Experience with Git version control.
• Knowledge in DevOps practices.
• Good communication skills.
