Accounts Receivable Specialist at Axon

Axon is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will report to the Accounts Receivable Lead and assist in all areas of Global Accounts Receivable.

What This Role Involves:

• Performing day-to-day financial transactions.
• Reconciling the accounts receivable ledger.
• Verifying discrepancies and resolving clients’ billing issues.
• Maintaining customer files.
• Actively reviewing customer aging reports.
• Assisting with period end closing procedures and reporting schedules.
• Supporting management in various projects.
• Assisting with system upgrades and implementations.
• Identifying process improvement opportunities.
• Supporting internal/external audit requests.
• Back-up for preparing non-AR bank deposits.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional-level work experience.
• Fluent in English communication.
• Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent.
• International exposure and experience working with diverse teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent ERP systems.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
