Analyst / Associate Finance Controller

FalconX is seeking an Analyst / Associate Finance Controller to join their team in Bangalore. FalconX is a pioneering team of operators who are committed to revolutionizing institutional access to the crypto markets. This role will be instrumental in building in-house accounting and reporting capabilities, streamlining finance processes, and ensuring accurate financial information for stakeholders.

The role involves day-to-day accounting, book-keeping, and reporting according to GAPP standards. The candidate will assist with technical accounting issues, manage legal entities, and support trade operations through reconciliations. The candidate will also have Coordination with External Auditors, Audit Committee.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation and review of financial statements
• Consolidation of various entities
• Assisting with technical accounting issues
• Legal entity management and compliance
• Inter-company balance monitoring
• Supporting trade operations with reconciliations
• Setting up processes, policies, and procedures
• Coordination with external auditors

Requirements:

• Professional degree in accounting
• Chartered Accountant or CPA qualified
• 3-8 years of experience in a similar industry
• Experience managing legal entities and transfer pricing
• Expert knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP)
• Understanding of E2E Trade Flow
• Proficiency with MS Excel
• Strong analytical and communication skills
