Axon, a company with a mission to Protect Life, is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join their Global Strategic Sourcing group. This role is based in Tampere, Finland.

The Supply Chain Analyst will support Axon’s strategic priorities by scaling new products and driving efficiency. They will work to improve supplier performance and support the sourcing and development of new suppliers. The analyst will also be responsible for compiling, analyzing, and distributing data reports to support GSS initiatives.

What the role involves:

  • Managing, tracking, and evaluating operational activity and KPIs.
  • Owning supplier scorecard and cost savings reporting.
  • Supporting category manager with negotiations and analytics projects.
  • Maintaining supplier open order reports.
  • Triaging issues and supplier shortages.
  • Maintaining lead time, capacity, and cost breakdown master data.
  • Supporting new product introduction (NPI) sourcing projects.
  • Issuing Return Material Authorization (RMA) purchase orders.
  • Owning end-to-end procure-to-pay (P2P) process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years of experience analyzing and improving supply chain data.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Databases, and analytics tools.
  • Strategic thinking and execution abilities.
  • Ability to create reports for all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel (up to 10%).
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work with Global Axon teams in multiple time zones
