FP&A Senior Associate

Job Description

FalconX is seeking a FP&A Senior Associate to join their finance team. This role is crucial for driving the organization's financial objectives within the complex digital asset landscape. The FP&A Senior Associate will work closely with cross-functional teams and will support the Accounting team in the month-end close process.

The FP&A Senior Associate will be responsible for:

• Developing annual budgets and ongoing forecasts.
• Conducting deep dives into expense and revenue lines.
• Generating and presenting timely and accurate management reports.
• Preparing presentation materials to communicate financial projections.
• Conducting ad-hoc analysis and special projects.
• Enhancing forecast methodology and accuracy.
• Establishing business relationships across the organization.

The ideal candidate should have:

• A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, mathematics, or a relevant field (MBA is a plus).
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, and/or investment banking.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
• Prior experience with both FP&A and ERP software.
• Strong understanding of FP&A principles and methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A passion for crypto and web3.
