Job Description
FalconX is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their Accounting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accounting, reporting and analytical tasks. This role involves collaborating with the team, offering technical accounting expertise, and assisting in financial strategy development. Responsibilities:
- Preparing financial statements.
- Addressing technical accounting issues.
- Overseeing jurisdiction-specific reporting and compliance.
- Designing internal control frameworks.
- Coordinating with external auditors.
- Working with an ERP system.
Requirements:
- Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
- Big 4 accounting firm, digital asset, or financial services industry experience preferred.
- 3+ years of prior working experience in a similar industry.
- Technical accounting experience.
- Expert knowledge of US GAAP.
- Hands-on knowledge of working with an ERP.
- Understanding of E2E trade flow & dynamics.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
