Axon is seeking a Principal Product Manager to define the strategic vision and execution roadmap for its Digital Evidence Management System (DEMS) in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This role involves collaborating across hardware, software, and cloud ecosystems to build innovative solutions that streamline evidence collection, organization, and accessibility. The Principal Product Manager will lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, sales, and legal teams, and engage with customers to inform development priorities.
  • Define and execute product strategy for DEMS
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to drive product initiatives
  • Innovate across platforms using emerging technologies
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback and inform development
  • Ensure scalability and compliance of products
  • Mentor and influence junior PMs and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • 10+ years in Software Product Management, preferably in SaaS
  • Deep technical acumen in cloud services and mobile architectures
  • Proven ability to drive end-to-end product strategy
  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills
  • Customer-centric mindset
  • Experience launching international products
  • Ability to influence at all levels
  • Flexibility to travel up to 15%
