Office Engagement, Senior Program Manager at Axon

Axon is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Office Engagement to join their team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This role is crucial in enriching the employee journey and cultivating a positive employee experience at the Vietnam office. The Senior Program Manager will manage and execute organization-wide initiatives, ensuring the Vietnam office is represented in global business mechanisms and leading local culture events. They will also manage an intentional travel program and an immersive customer experience program to bridge the gap between Vietnam employees and customers.

The role will involve:

• Managing and executing organization wide initiatives
• Ensuring Vietnam is represented in, and engages with, all Global Rhythm of Business mechanisms
• Leading all local culture events
• Managing Intentional Travel Program, including budget management
• Creating opportunities for deeper customer exposure
• Program Management of other Strategic Vietnam Leadership Council Initiatives as needed

The ideal candidate should bring:

• 3+ years of experience driving cultural, engagement, or customer experience programs
• A strong track record of successful project execution and project management skills
• Experience working independently to lead large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency in English (IELTS >= 7.5 or native required)
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Self-driven and autonomous work ethic
• Strong analytical skills
