FalconX, a company revolutionizing institutional access to the crypto markets, is seeking a Senior Institutional Sales Executive. This role is based in New York City. The ideal candidate will mentor the sales team and drive success, working with large complex clients and establishing deep customer relationships.

The Senior Institutional Sales Executive will develop and execute sales strategies, identify and qualify new prospects (hedge funds, family offices, etc.), establish strong relationships with senior executives, work cross-functionally with various teams to ensure client satisfaction, align sales deliverables with business strategy, and attend industry conferences.

Requirements:

  • 7-10+ years of relevant experience
  • Direct experience in the crypto industry (1+ year at a crypto prime brokerage)
  • Expertise in equity sales, derivatives, and hedge fund sales
  • Negotiation skills
  • Ability to relay a value proposition
  • Ability to administer large complex clients
  • Attention to detail and organization skills
  • Sales-minded and team-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with FalconX's products and services
  • Passion for the crypto space

FalconX offers:

  • Full-time position
  • Annual base compensation of $145,000 - $196,000 USD
  • Overtime compensation (when applicable)
