Software QA Engineer II (Manual & Automation) at Axon

Axon is seeking a Software QA Engineer II to join their team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The company's mission is to Protect Life.

The Software QA Engineer II will be responsible for end-to-end testing of new features for Evidence.com, with an emphasis on quality assurance and will work to improve the quality of records and transcription systems. This role involves close communication between the QA and development teams.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting end-to-end testing and release of new features with high quality standards.
• Guaranteeing product quality.
• Managing bugs and product backlog.
• Collaborating with Development, Information Security, Site Reliability Engineering, Product Management, and QA teams.
• Investigating production issues and ensuring timely resolution.
• Increasing automation test cases for regression test coverage.
• Support coaching Engineer in shift-left process and write automation tests.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of software testing experience.
• Experience in web, desktop, mobile functional and exploratory testing.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing.
• Familiarity with CI tools like TeamCity, Jenkins.
• Knowledge about API and performance testing.
• Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate with cross-country colleagues.
