Field Solutions Engineer, Northern Europe at Axon

Axon is seeking a Field Solutions Engineer for Northern Europe. This role focuses on driving customer success and adoption of TASER and Axon products within the public safety sector. The Field Solutions Engineer will collaborate closely with the Country Manager, sales and engineering teams, and in-country partners to ensure the successful integration and utilization of Axon technology by customers.

The Field Solutions Engineer's responsibilities involve:

• Following up on customer requests.
• Supporting existing customers alongside the sales team.
• Assisting local partners and distributors in promoting product adoption.
• Developing the knowledge base of distributors and improving public perception of the products.
• Managing tickets and RMAs, working with internal teams to address issues throughout the adoption lifecycle.
• Coordinating and scheduling regular calls with customers.
• Installation and commissioning

Axon is looking for someone with the following requirements:

• Dutch citizenship is required in order to work with sensitive Government data
• Tactical focus on customer success.
• Mission-driven mentality and high motivation.
• Ability to work autonomously and take responsibility.
• Strong understanding of customer success and service management.
• Fluency in English and the local language and strong communication skills.
• Strong public speaking skills.
• The ability to legally live in territory, and travel to other countries as required. This may require you to personally obtain work and travel visas
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and collaboration tools.
• Ability to quickly learn other programs
