Job Description

FalconX is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Associate to enhance its Revenue Operations function. The RevOps team plays a crucial role in providing insights and project management support. This role involves engaging with cross-functional senior leaders and developing perspectives on key work areas.Responsibilities include data analysis and business insights, such as designing QBR decks and conducting analyses on pipeline and customer activity. The role also entails driving delivery and cross-collaboration with stakeholders, supporting activities like account split management and pipeline cleanup. Furthermore, the associate will support major RevOps initiatives, including compensation setting and revenue planning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years of experience
• Robust critical thinking skills and ability to deal with ambiguity.

• Ability to influence and drive projects to completion without direct authority
