Axon is seeking an Embedded Technical Account Engineer to manage relationships with key customers in the French Government. This role involves building long-term strategic partnerships, providing technical expertise, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Technical Account Manager will serve as the main point of contact, offering best practices and technical support to help customers achieve their operational goals using Axon products. This role requires French citizenship to work with sensitive government data and involves a hybrid work arrangement, including remote work and travel to customer sites within France and French overseas territories.What This Role Involves:
  • Mastering Axon technologies, specifically Axon Evidence Local, body cameras, and kiosks.
  • Leading business and technical presentations.
  • Prioritizing and executing project tasks.
  • Providing technical support up to tier-2.
  • Developing knowledge base articles.
  • Assisting in software maintenance.
  • Maintaining customer confidence.
What is Required:
  • French citizenship and ability to pass a security check.
  • Strong IT background with 5+ years of experience.
  • Experience with Major City or Enterprise-level customers.
  • Understanding of ITIL and Change Management processes.
  • Advanced understanding of IT/Networking concepts and database solutions.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
