Axon is seeking a Technical Account Manager to build partnerships with key clients in the French government. This role involves providing technical expertise to help clients achieve their goals using Axon products. The Technical Account Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing insights on client needs and influencing product roadmaps. This position is based in Paris, France, and requires travel within France and overseas territories.
    Role Involves:
  • Mastering Axon technologies and products
  • Delivering presentations and demonstrations to high-level executives
  • Prioritizing and executing project tasks
  • Managing client expectations and ensuring satisfaction
  • Providing technical support
  • Creating internal test environments
  • Managing the relationship with a third-party integrator
    Requirements:
  • French nationality and security clearance
  • 5+ years of IT experience
  • Experience with public or private sector clients
  • Client relationship management and technical project experience
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes
  • Expertise in Microsoft Server & Client, SQL Server, Active Directory, Azure
  • Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, SSH, firewalls)
