Axon is seeking a Technical Account Manager to manage relationships with key customers in France. The Technical Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact, offering best practices and technical expertise to help customers achieve their goals with Axon products. He will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide customer insights and influence product roadmaps.

The Technical Account Manager will be based in Paris, France, and reports to the Director, EMEA Professional Services. The role involves a hybrid work arrangement, combining remote work with on-site visits to customer locations, with up to 50% travel within France and French overseas territories.

Responsibilities:

  • Mastering Axon technologies, specifically Axon Evidence Local, body cameras, and kiosks.
  • Leading business and technical presentations and demonstrations.
  • Prioritizing and executing project tasks.
  • Managing customer expectations.
  • Providing technical support.
  • Developing knowledge base articles.
  • Reporting bugs and trends.
  • Maintaining product test environments.
  • Assisting with software maintenance.
  • Maintaining customer confidence.

Requirements:

  • French citizenship and willingness to undergo a security check.
  • IT background with 5+ years of experience in IT support or deployment.
  • Experience managing customer relationships and technical projects.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of ITIL and Change Management processes.
  • Experience with software image creation and maintenance.
  • Understanding of IT/Networking concepts.
  • Knowledge of database solutions.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
