Axon is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join their Asia Sales organization. The role involves selling to large police forces and government agencies across developed countries in Asia. The Regional Sales Manager will report to the General Manager Asia. What This Role Involves:
  • Meeting and exceeding annual sales targets.
  • Building and executing complex sales strategies for the allocated portfolio.
  • Maintaining key customer relationships and developing strategies for the expanding company ecosystem.
  • Utilizing accurate forecasting skills to determine health of pipeline and progress.
  • Driving continuous improvement throughout the regional sales team.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in complex sales environments.
  • Ability to travel for customer sales meetings, conferences, and industry events (25%).
  • Degree-level education.
  • Proven track record of crushing sales goals.
  • Solid understanding of Enterprise SaaS applications.
  • Experience managing consultative sales efforts with a long sales cycle model.
  • Experience with complex buying cycles and procurement.
  • Excellent coaching, writing, discovery, and presentation skills.
