FalconX is seeking a Partnership Manager to expand its partnerships strategy across APAC. The Partnership Manager will build and maintain relationships with senior executives and partner decision-makers, identify new partnership opportunities, and prioritize them effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the crypto industry and a partner-minded, entrepreneurial mindset.FalconX is a pioneering team of operators, investors, and builders committed to revolutionizing institutional access to the crypto markets.Responsibilities:
- Build, maintain and expand our Partnerships strategy across APAC
- Establish strong, lasting relationships with senior executives & partner decision-makers
- Identify new opportunities for the firm to expand its reach via partnership opportunities
- Prioritise ruthlessly, dedicating the team’s time and resources to the most promising opportunities and constantly re-evaluating how to efficiently manage lesser ones
- Research & attend relevant industry conferences as needed
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- 2+ years at a centralised crypto exchange, prime brokerage or prop trading firm
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Solid understanding of the crypto industry, including the different types of cryptocurrencies, the underlying technology, and the regulatory landscape
- Demonstrate a partner-minded, entrepreneurial, and a team-oriented mindset
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship building skills
- Experience handling third-party relationships and communicating key findings and proposals
- Strong attention to detail, organization, prioritization, and time management skills
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Familiar with FalconX products and services, including our trading and prime brokerage services
- Passion for the crypto space
