Interactive Brokers is seeking a Procurement Systems Administrator to join their Procurement Strategy and Systems team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and analyzing the functionality, performance, and support of Source-to-Pay (S2P) procurement systems. This role involves S2P configuration, data management, and help desk support. Responsibilities include:
  • Leading the design and implementation of procurement system enhancements and optimization initiatives.
  • Serving as the primary technical expert for procurement systems.
  • Leading user acceptance testing (UAT) and training programs.
Requirements include:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience administering Source-to-Pay (S2P) procurement systems.
  • Familiarity with the procurement lifecycle.
  • Strong technical aptitude to configure, troubleshoot, and optimize procurement systems.
