Strategy and Operations Lead

Prodigal is seeking a highly analytical and proactive Strategy and Operations Lead to join their team in Bengaluru. This role is pivotal in driving strategic initiatives and operational efficiencies across the organization. The Strategy and Operations Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify opportunities for improvement, and support informed decision-making that aligns with the company's business goals.Responsibilities:

• Analyze campaign data to evaluate effectiveness and generate detailed reports.
• Present findings to senior management with actionable insights for strategy adjustments.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Analyze business performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Utilizing SQL and Python to collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets.
• Developing and maintaining data pipelines and automated workflows using SQL and Python scripts.
• Supporting data-driven decision-making through advanced analytical techniques and statistical modeling.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in Management Consulting / Analytics or any other relevant field.
• Good experience in SQL and Python.
• High reliability and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
