LastPass is seeking a Senior Security Data Analyst to join its Safety & Trust team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about user safety, anomaly detection, and behavior pattern analysis. The Senior Security Data Analyst will play a crucial role in developing anomaly detection capabilities to safeguard user data and experiences and staying abreast of industry best practices and emerging threats.
As a Senior Security Data Analyst for LastPass, the candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams in Hungary, Portugal, and the United States of America, including product managers, data scientists, software engineers, and security experts.
What this role involves:
- Leading the design and implementation of anomaly detection systems.
- Conducting in-depth analysis of large datasets.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Designing, developing, and implementing features to enhance user safety and trust.
- Evaluating the performance of anomaly detection systems.
Requirements:
- Background in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience in developing and deploying solutions with a focus on anomaly detection.
- Strong SQL knowledge and experience working with large databases.
- Experience with end-to-end analytical projects.
- Familiarity with statistical concepts and data analysis best practices.
- Experience with user behavior analysis of a digital product.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
