LastPass is seeking a Test Engineering Manager to lead a team of 6-11 Test Engineers, ensuring quality across various platforms. The Test Engineering Manager will oversee career development, lead quality discussions, and monitor quality health. The role involves collaborating with engineering teams and senior leadership. The manager will lead a team of QAs, SDETs, and Release Managers, remove blockers, manage delivery expectations, and advocate for customer value. They will work with stakeholders to validate compliance and security requirements.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading and mentoring Manual QAs, SDETs, and Release Managers.
- Ensuring the team has the right competencies to deliver projects.
- Actively removing blockers to the team’s success.
- Owning Test Management and the testing approach for various cross-team projects and initiatives.
- Providing metrics, KPIs, and data-driven risk assessments to senior leadership.
- Being actively engaged in the full software development release cycle.
- Promoting a supportive, inclusive, and collaborative culture.
Requirements:
- Experience in test management.
- Experience in Agile teams.
- Experience with requirements gathering to final production release
