Senior Technical Project Manager

Job Description

LastPass is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead critical initiatives across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Support. This role is part of the Technical Project Management function, responsible for managing projects from initiation to closure. The Senior TPM will lead resources across technical and business functions, build relationships, and drive clear communication across all levels of the organization.Role involves:

• Leading GTM Systems projects.
• Managing communications at all levels.
• Anticipating and removing obstacles.
• Implementing and enhancing agile project management methodologies.
• Facilitating sprint planning sessions.
• Developing comprehensive project plans.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Fostering effective communication and coordination.

Requirements include:

• Cross-functional technical project management experience.
• Understanding of the SaaS business model.
• Project execution experience with Go-To-Market systems.
• Experience driving projects in Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid environments.
• Experience in all phases of the SDLC and non-technology project lifecycles.
• Ability to build strong relationships and trust with stakeholders.
• Superior communication skills.
