LastPass is seeking a Marketing Strategy & Programs Manager. This role is pivotal in driving marketing prioritization, planning, and execution efficiency across all campaigns and initiatives. The Marketing Strategy & Programs Manager ensures marketing efforts align with business goals, resources are allocated effectively, and cross-functional teams execute seamlessly.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing operations, campaign execution, and program management, making it essential for ensuring marketing teams move quickly, execute effectively, and drive measurable impact.

Role involves:

  • Leading quarterly and annual marketing planning.
  • Managing the marketing campaign calendar.
  • Establishing a marketing prioritization framework.
  • Owning the execution of marketing programs.
  • Optimizing workflows and project management tools.
  • Tracking progress against key milestones and KPIs.
  • Facilitating regular marketing leadership.
  • Optimize marketing workflows.
  • Support budget planning and resource allocation.

Requirements:

  • Multiple years of experience in marketing operations, program management, or GTM strategy within high-growth B2B/B2C SaaS or agency environments.
  • Proven track record of leading marketing planning, campaign execution, and cross-functional programs at scale.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Deep understanding of marketing performance metrics, campaign operations, and budget/resource allocation.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
  • Experience working with work management tools, particularly Monday.com.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills.
