LastPass, a leader in password and identity management, is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to enhance software deployment and IT infrastructure. The Senior DevOps engineer will automate processes, administer CI/CD tools, and support Product Engineering teams. This role is within a dynamic team focused on standardized, secure CI/CD pipelines and continuous operational excellence across the organization.

The Senior DevOps Engineer will collaborate with architects and security experts to ensure services are secure, reliable, maintainable, and scalable.

The role involves:

  • Designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD systems.
  • Driving standardization and automation in build and deployment processes.
  • Supporting and improving tools for continuous integration, automated testing, and release management.
  • Documenting and communicating improvements to stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with developer teams to ensure pipeline quality and usability.

LastPass requires:

  • Good understanding of DevOps tools and technologies.
  • Ability to deliver solutions and provide root cause analysis.
  • Extensive knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools like GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD, and Puppet.
  • Solid understanding of cloud technologies (AWS).
  • Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, EKS, ECS).
  • Infrastructure-as-code mindset (CloudFormation, CDK, or similar).
  • Experience with any scripting language (Python, Go, or similar).
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring infrastructure (e.g., Datadog).
  • Effective communication skills with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an IaC mindset.
  • Team player with a can-do attitude.
