Software Engineer I - iOS

Job Description

Twitch is seeking a Software Engineer I - iOS to join their Mobile Commerce team. The team's mission is to help creators earn a living doing what they love, with a vision to support streamers on Twitch and enhance community connection. The Software Engineer I will be responsible for creating new features, advising leaders, and mentoring other engineers.

The role involves:

• Developing and delivering new product features for the iOS application.
• Contributing to high-level design and technical discussions.
• Participating in design and code reviews.
• Improving engineering processes.
• Working across technical and business teams.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of mobile development experience.
• Proficiency with Swift or Objective-C and the iOS development ecosystem.
• Experience with data structures, algorithms, data modeling, and schema design.
• Experience with iOS development tools such as XCode, RxSwift, CocoaPods, Firebase, or Swift Package Manager.
• Experience partnering with other engineering teams and communicating technical problems.
