Principal Software Engineer

Job Description

SimpliSafe is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to join their Monitoring Engineering organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on systems architecture, domain modeling, and a desire to work on challenging projects. This role involves shaping work across the entire Monitoring organization and building software that impacts millions of customers.

The Principal Software Engineer will work with team technical leads to design and architect systems and features, conduct research and prototyping of new technologies, and take on challenging implementation tasks. They will also serve as a mentor to engineers at all levels and act as a subject matter expert on monitoring domain concepts.
