ClinChoice is seeking a Clinical Project Manager II to join their team in France. This role involves working on diverse projects for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and consumer health companies. The Clinical Project Manager II will be responsible for study execution, tracking, and management of study delivery, including vendor and CRO oversight. The role involves:
  • Organizing and participating in Monitor’s and Investigator’s Meetings.
  • Performing co-monitoring visits.
  • Acting as Feasibility Associate (FEA).
  • Reviewing and approving third-party invoices and contractor timesheets.
  • Developing solutions to timeline, resource, and budget issues.
  • Managing deviations on resources and hours spent on the project.
  • Tracking expenditure and reviewing consistency with trial budgets.
  • Organizing quality checks of study documentation.
  • Ensuring administrative close-out procedures are completed.
  • Complying with the Company’s QMS, ISMS, and PIMS requirements.
Requirements:
  • University Degree in scientific, medical, or paramedical disciplines.
  • Proven Project Management experience in the CRO/Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience as CM/CRA in a CRO/Pharmaceutical industry(previous).
  • Experience working on Oncology or Respiratory studies.
  • Excellent knowledge of clinical trial operations, GCP/ICH Guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in computer software systems.
  • Ability to travel as required.
